Dare Adewunmi
Chief Executive Officer

Dare obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the faculty of Environmental Designs and Management of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds a Master of Business administration (MBA) from the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan-African University, Lagos, Nigeria.

Before establishing Imperial Homes Realty Limited, he was with the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co. (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) in Abuja where he was a Residential and Commercial leasing agent and then a sales agent. Prior to this, Dare was with the Property department of the Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant Bank Limited (Now Intercontinental Bank Plc) where he was part of a team that had the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities of all branches of the bank. This helped develop his knowledge and skill in property and facilities management.

Dare has extensive professional experience and his industry knowledge cuts across acquisition and disposal, managing, leasing and upgrading a variety of investment properties. Proud of his business reputation built on the highest principles of honesty and integrity, he offers cost effective solutions to your management and leasing needs.

Tosin Wickliffe
General Manager (Project)

Tosin is an Engineering graduate from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He brings his engineering knowledge and years of managing project experience into the management of real estate development projects.

Before joining Imperial Homes Realty Limited in 2002, he was at the Broadstone Construction Limited where he was the manager of several building construction projects and saddled with the responsibility of coordinating several industry professionals such as the architects, quantity surveyor, land surveyors etc to ensure that the project design, cost and construction meets the industry standards as well as satisfy the budget and investment needs of clients.

Prior to that, Tosin was with maintenance and engineering department of the Honeywell Flour Mills Limited. His industry knowledge spans across management of the development process of a variety of properties as well as property and facilities management.
